Coaching always felt like a luxury to me, perhaps something too fluffy to be worth it but working with Esther, I quickly realized its value and necessity. To me, it is extremely important to work with someone that challenges me by continuously nudging (or pushing) me outside of my comfort zone. Each session with Esther pushes me to further clarify what I want to achieve and the steps I will take to achieve that goal instead of falling victim to my excuses and fears.

Working with Esther has been instrumental in understanding how I want to show up from the mindsets I hold to my posture to what I wear all in the pursuit of my ‘picture of success’. What I find to be the most pleasant surprise with Esther, is her warmth and ability to intellectually, if not experientially, empathize with me. Her warmth and understanding are critical for me to see myself as a full person; a daughter, sister, friend, and wife but more importantly someone who likes to get things done but also someone who makes mistakes and just does nothing some days. Understanding this and really sitting in that increased my courage and my resilience, pushing me closer to my goals each day.

I've never been aligned with someone as prepared or as passionate as you. Nor, have I seen someone who consistently delivers as you do.

I met Esther through our Career Advisor at Roger William University School of Law. A large majority of my career was spent working for government employers. Yet, here I was attending law school at the age of 34, and making a complete career change. My head was filled with questions: how do you interview for a law firm position; how will I navigate law firm life; I don’t know how to network, how will I learn? My career advisor suggested that I meet Esther. I had no idea how much this would change my life. Esther was able to take a self-proclaimed introvert and mold me into a networking machine. Esther showed a genuine interest in knowing more about my professional and personal goals and applied a realistic plan and approach for how I could achieve them. Not only did Esther help me significantly improve my social interactions, but she prepared me for every law related interview I ever had. We would have mock interview sessions, resume review and counseling, and she helped me understand and leverage the power of relationship building. I highly recommend Esther as a professional coach, leadership mentor, success coach, and FRIEND. Thank you Esther for all that you do!!!!

Esther is such a delight to work with when getting help preparing for a job interview! She is encouraging, has positive energy and very resourceful.  She was always available and if not, got back to me in a reasonable amount of time.  I most definitely look forward to working with her again with regards to her other offered services.
